French-Style Chicken Thighs

 

French-Style Chicken Thighs 

Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Herbs de Provence, to taste

 

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush both sides of the chicken thighs with extra-virgin olive oil. Season both sides of the chicken thigh with salt, pepper and herbs.

Flip over and fold the ends in so that the (would be) skin side is facing up

Place on baking stone, making sure there is space in between each chicken thigh

Place in the oven, and cook for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, basting about every 20 minutes. Chicken is ready when most of the chicken juice is gone and the chicken pieces are golden brown in color.

Serve chicken with Summer Vegetable Tian
